EN: Caro LaFlamme is a multidisciplinary artist and musician currently based in Winnipeg, Canada. LaFlamme graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Art in 2017 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours). She specializes in painting and minimalist sculpture to create self-portraits and abstract compositions through a contemporary feminist lens.LaFlamme was the lead keyboardist and backup vocalist of Canadian death-pop outfit Efflo (formerly Sc Mira) from 2015-2021. With Efflo, LaFlamme has opened for Ke$ha and The National at Milwaukee Summerfest, toured throughout Canada and the US, and performed in Tokyo, Japan. She launched a new alt-rock solo project, Imposter Syndrome, in the fall of 2019.Photo by Travis Ross.
